Hi, I want you to know that I appreciated this video! Don't stop making videos because your videos genuinely help nursing students like me! Thank you!!!
Hey! I’m actually a flight nurse myself and it’s awesome seeing someone appreciate and take interest in our world! I hope to see you on the line one day!
that must have been the coolest experience ever im an emt i love ems thank you sharing with us you did great with the intabation well done its not easy on the manican or patient can be very challanging we have cameras to use to help us see the vocal cords sometimes the light at the end of the blade is not bright enough. Hopefully you will someday become a flight nurse you will see so much its crazy
Hi Maddy, may I ask how did you get to shadow a flight nurse? I’m currently a travel nurse but am super interested in possibly becoming a flight nurse!
Hi! So I actually got lucky and waited until a pair of flight RNs took one of my patients to a different hospital and asked then and there if they had ride-a-long opportunities. They said yes and I got their supervisor’s contact! Sometimes the manager of your unit has those resources or connection for supervisors. So I would try to reach out one of those ways! Most larger hospitals offer shadow programs.
@@NurseMaddyW omg I’ll definitely ask!! Thank you so much for the info!! I stumbled upon your channel last night (Night Shift) & binged a bunch of your videos while I charted lol
