Been to my GP said pulses were good in ankles....also been to Podiatrist. She felt my feet and pulses said good pulses feet are a little cold if it warms up in a few months still having problems let me know. OMG Gotta be a reason for this. Randomly throughout the day not constant.

Another of your vids inspired me to go again to another foot doc and this time got some relief together with an action plan to start properly mitigating the jacked sesamoid bone that was finally located. I literally looked your office up but also found one less then a mile from me and they got me in within 2 hours this morning. Your vid/info really really helped get this going. Is always shown favorable lab results despite the cold on my hand or feet. I wish we had a cheaper version of compression stocking in Singapore cause the current ones on the shelves or recommended by Dr? Are way too expensive for daily use. Nonetheless, thank you very much for sharing our alternatives in different markets. Love this channel.
I don’t have throbbing in hot but cold is very very painful to me a lot of pain when I’m trying to do things in the kitchen when I go to Walmart anymore I basically lose feeling now in the winter when it’s cold and my first knuckles are attached to my hand have been really red for the last couple of years They are more red and my hands swell when it’s hot but my friend who was an anesthesiologist said that that was just because when it’s warm out your vessels expand to allow for more blood flow to help cool your temperature but when it’s cold and they shrink down really badly and lately they’ve even been going numb on top of my knuckles and I’m having different types of discoloration. I don’t know what is going on it’s freaking me out my legs are hurting aching all the time like they did when I was a kid like aching you know that I can’t really pin for it. It’s just all over I can’t get any relief
I wear socks, i cover my legs with blackest and I still feel cold. I like my ac at 80. I remember i had issues with anemia. I remember my feet was yellow and less lively.i can't toralate the cold

hmm my issue is my hands do turn purple and red. They will get very dry, crack and bleed sometimes. But i don't have any swelling or veins showing more than normal. I do live in Denver, CO.
If my feet get so cold that it bothers me, I soak them in hot water with Epsom salt to help warm them up and help circulation. What isn't normal is that my butt gets abnormally cold. So my feet are always cold even with double socks on, my feet don't warm up. Doctors don’t care. “People get cold” they say. I can’t sleep. It’s 5am and my heater is on in July and I’m about to sweat and my feet are freezing I have work in 3 hours 😭😭😭 Idk what to do. Compression socks sounds like the opposite of what I need for vericose veins. I need my socks and shoes as loose as possible

Well I hold my foot with my hand and it feels normal temp so maybe it’s a nerve thing. I wonder can Claritin cause this
