Last evening I was soooo very close to suicide & this morning, this well known & beloved song was in my recommend box! The Lord works in Mysterious Ways doesn't He!! 🙏 My daddy used to sing this song & Chris's other song "It Is Well" all the time & even was a soloist for every funeral in the area, when I was growing up. Sadly, we lost him when I was only 17. But, in a very cool way. He had just finished singing the song "Open My Eyes Lord" & during the prayer that followed he slumped to the floor & was gone. Just that fast! He was only 45, but he went home to Jesus exactly the way he wanted! Now that I am the old 'grandma' I also want to extend my sincere thanks to you for being there for your grandpa! Blessings.🙏❤❤
