Can’t spell, can’t hold a conversation, take mommy to your job interviews, and have trouble boiling water. Trudeau and Singh love you guys.
Problem is seniors, people act like Trudeau is just getting millenial votes, he has a ton of boomers who don't work who love seeing the value of their homes skyrocket as the housing crisis continues. Ideally only those who work get a vote, instead seniors are running us into the ground as they don't give a dam about our future as long as the value of their house keeps growing.
For me, Trudeau never had a "cool factor" There was just something about him that I just didn't buy. I never voted for him in any elections because I just had a gut feeling that it wasn't the right thing to do. He had no qualifications to run a country being a ski board instructor, or a substitute teacher. He was unable to coplete a university course. You don't hire unqualified people to work for you so why would you vote for an unqualified Prime Minister ? It just did not make any sense to me so I voted for an honours graduate in economics, instead, then a brilliant former house speaker, then a retired military man who had worked his way up in the military. Now I am going to vote for another brilliant quick thinking family man who has been in politics much longer than Mr. Trudeau. I have never been able to confirm a single lie from this man while the one in power currently, never tells the truth ever.
Even back when the media was pushing him as the cool guy in politics...I didn't buy it either. He seemed more like the guy with a compulsive need to be the center of attention, but only knows how to get it through gimmicks like doing handstands or pretending to fall down steps.
He never was cool. During his parties day he was a goofball, during his teachings he was a goofball, during the elections he was a goofball and now he's still a goofball trying to roleplay as a tyrant which makes him even goofier and I honestly thought was impossible but alas here we are.
I remember him coming to our high school before he was elected. Trudeau talked about legalizing marijuana which or course hyped up a bunch of high school students. I voted Green Party at 18 and remember my mom saying “waste of a vote.” Looking back at least I didn’t support Justin

I am a firm believer that the voting age should be 25 or even 30 years old. Work and life experience changes your perspective and teaches you more than what you will ever know at 18. 18 year olds mostly just vote for "free" things or with their feelings without understanding how anything actually works. Too much empathy is a very bad thing and can lead to the opposite desired effect. People voting with their feelings and their hearts prove this every election until things get bad again.
I hope the pain from Trudeau’s reign lasts a generation. I mean big time. I’m talking a serious downgrade to quality of life. It’s the only way they’ll learn.
They won't learn. They will just blame it on the Government in power at the time. It always works that way. People have short memories when it comes to voting.
What a horrible thing to say. You want an entire generation of Canadians, many of whom probably weren't even old to vote when this started, to suffer as "payback"? How incredibly unpatriotic.
They just tacked on hundreds of billions of dollars on the national debt which they, their kids and Gen Z will have to pay for in the long run. Guess university can't teach them street smarts.

It's such a shame we lost Jack Layton in 2011. He would have never sold out his party like Singh did. NDP, once a proud party is now in shambles. Furthermore Erin O'Toole was a weak candidate for the Conservatives. He came across as timid and indecisive. It's a shame we have to wait two more years to get Trudeau out. I can admit I was younger when I voted for Trudeau in 2015. Now, having gained more real world experience I can't imagine how anyone could vote for him three times and consider him for a 4th term. At this point, despite their flaws I will be voting conservative.
I never found Trudeau “cool”. I always found he spoke very pedantically in English. Maybe in French it’s a different story as, based on my limited French, he seems to speak much more naturally; as though he is speaking to adults and not a group of elementary aged children. I tried to ignore my distaste for Trudeaus teaching style and look at policy in 2015, the first federal election I could vote in. I ended up voting based on local candidate as I didn’t really trust any of the federal parties.
