I had a day of eating brunch and baking 😊
I made basque cheese cake for the first time
I added a little bit of sugar because I wanted to make it not too sweet.
If you want it to be sweet, use the old recipe
If you add 80g of allulose + alpha (about 30g)
I think you'll be able to eat it sweeter!

Recipe 🥣
👉🏻 Bath basque cheese cake
1. Prepare 400g cream cheese, transfer to bowl and spread
2. Add allulose or 80g sugar and mix
(If it's sweeter and you want to eat it, +30g)
3. Add 8g of starch powder
4. Prepare 3 eggs and mix them together
5. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
6. a single filter
7. Put it in a mold and bake it in the oven
Preheat 200 degrees for 20 minutes, bake 200 degrees for 40 minutes
(It depends on the oven, so please check if the top of the cake is black.)
