Landed on this by accident, but lovely to see a mature couple comfortably working together and enjoying each other. I hope my wife and I manage so well on our first charter together next winter!
I picked up a mooring bow and stern, by myself with far less trouble and faster and with a fast breeze blowing... Didn’t show any plumbers crack either 😎 but I’m a female so that might not be frowned upon. I loved single handed sailing. Sorry she couldn’t finish it by herself though. Looks like they are having a good time.
Give me a sista, I can't resist her Red beans and rice didn't miss her Some knucklehead tried to dis [her] ... And I pull up quick to get with 'em ... Baby got back
Better technique is to just scoop the pennant up with the hook, i.e. just drop the hook in behind the pick up buoy. Easier to get the hook off as well. This is illustrated by the fact that she had it catching on the eye of the pick up buoy for a moment.

She was managing perfectly well......why did the man step in? No communication at all.
I would pick the lace behind the buoy because it is safer weather the wind gews up.

Where us this?
goodness me there is far too much chugging up to the mooring here; needs some harsh editing. then the man obscures the action and needs a belt
exactly! over 2 minutes of putzing along, camera 30 ft away and then 2 asses blockin the procedure
EWWWWWWWWWWW
