Actually I've tried that that doesn't work. sort of. all you have to do is
1. spare sans
2. get hit by bone on purpose
3. select act and use any of the options
4. repeat and spit milk out ur nose out of sans breaking the fourth wall again.

i haven't tried it yet... but this doesn't make sense with the undertale mechanics.
There is a reason why some monsters who has no intent to attack simply put a thing there (Snowdrake mom, Migosp, Migospel). If they don't put something in the bullet board, the turn won't end, sans' final attack on genocide explains a lot.
Although sometimes bullet board appears (Jerry, Toriel pre-spare, Overpet Lesser dog). I'm pretty sure they can choose to use their turn or just skip.

Michael Hamblyn well even if he used his blasters and super strong attacks, they would deal a single damage, the only reason sans is so strong when you go full geno is because of his poison magic called Karma Retribution (KR), it only does good damage agaist people who deserve to be hurt. Against a good person, it wouldnt do squat, so he could go all out with the blasters, but meh. Although he does still have his speed
