The 4 screws have to be very tight on the tap. Follow instructions exactly like in the video.

hi there. i just replaced my leaky washing machine tap. now the issue is the mouth of the new tap is too small for the washing machine hose to screw onto. what shall i do please? was considering to even cut off the plastic screw lock attached to the hose so that i can plug the hose directly. hmmm
