    Hi Obi. 😊 I'm also a grad-student girlie who is busy, stressed & on a weight loss journey too. Your videos are so positive & make me feel less alone!
    I think you're beautiful & look great, but a few tips I've found helpful for me: 1) Finding low-cal versions/alternatives of foods I like (can eat more 👍). 2) Diet cannot equal gross food (basically learned how to season things & invest in tasty meats/ fresh stuff). 3) Consistency (around 20 days for me) of sticking to that cal deficit-- your body adapts, not hungry any more, lose habits, it gets way easier. 😊
    And of course with accountability, routine, a foundation of self-love, that will get you through the hard times and make us succeed. Rooting for you! ❤
