This is one of the only RTS's where I actually prefer to play on water maps because I f'ing LOVE the ship to ship combat in this game! Ships don't take pop cap space, but instead have their own pop limits...and they're so damn big and fun to watch blow each other apart. I don't understand why America has never been included as civilization in any of the expansions...especially the newest one. The game takes place up to 100 years after the US became a sovereign nation. Let's make it happen, cap'n.
@@zoltanveres2705 I'm just glad you ignore the fact that the expansion for AoE 1 places Rome in the same timeline as all the civs from the original game and AoE 2 was all over the place with its civs and technology...with its expansion the timeline was roughly the 5th century all the way up to the 15th/16th century. So if AoE 1 and AoE 2's timelines can span over 1,000 years, why is it so unbelievable that AoE 3 could take place in a 300-400 year timeline? You're also suggesting that the AoE games are historically accurate...just a heads up, they ain't. The games focus more on fun rather than historical accuracy.
Thats a consulate building unique to chinese, they can choose to ally with a certain european power and they can spend 'exports' in order to train the allied nation's units
The British are the standard of AOE3. Music, architecture style, models in general, troops etc.

No. America can be played by revolting from euro civs, and it starts ay the beginning of the colonisation, so it makes more sense like this
I see history is too much for you.
@@zoltanveres2705 I'm very proud of you!
@@Tom_Van_Zandt Thanks man, you don't know how much it means to me.
