Perth is a beautiful, interesting city with loads to do. It’s clean, it’s fun. One of my favorite city in the world.
And I’ll be there on Friday after a 31 hour journey!

Just for two weeks. We are staying with some friends. If we are ok with flights then we may do Sydney the following year.

Adelaide is another chill city Lee and we'll worth a visit.
I remember the first time the wife and I went to Oz.
We were only 10mins out the airport when she shouted, "QUICK, STOP THE CAR, I WANT TO TAKE A PHOTO OF THAT KANGAROO. "
I said to her, "put your glasses on woman. That's a Greyhound taking a s#*t."

Perth is amazing and you are absolutely right it is the most laid back friendly place I have ever visited ( I have been 6 times ) we go to Albany on the south west coast and it’s a brilliant place to see Enjoy your time there 😀😀😀

Betty’s Burgers with a pineapple on top yes please looks delicious. Roof top bar with a pint yes please. As for that beautiful blue sky and gorgeous sunset yes please. Everything about Perth just screams laid back and fabulous what a place!
Go to a small fish and chip shop order a hamburger with the lot. Then you will have a proper aussie hambuger. It should have beetroot and pinapple in it. Oh and bread roll not brioche bun.

Australia has been adding pineapple to burgers since they were being sold in the milk bars in the 50s. It’s just one of the many burger ingredients that make up an Aussie “burger with the lot”.

A very Good Evening to You Lee. This was another relaxing soft and natural video, with no music and no silly graphical inuendo bits. A Gentlemen having a Lovely Mooch and sight see through one of Australia Best kept very clean, tidy and a very calm atmosphere. The most Friendliest and Warm Welcoming people i have ever see. I really Loved seeing the footage of you Lee, at Betty's Burgers. I did hear when you were making your order, the young girl Customer Service Assistant, was very Lovely and Helpful. She was very Polite and Courteous towards you Lee. Your Burger looked absolutely Gorgeous, Tasty, Delicious and Good Quality meat, little bit of lettuce, tomato and a lovely piece of Fresh Pineapple. This was a Burger and a Half. Well worth every Dime. 10+/10. Then you took us along with your Mooch and You meet the most Loveliest Family you could. They were very Welcoming and you have a Good conversation with them. To finish off, you took us along to that Excellent and very Popular Bar, the footage of the City Scape and that Wonderful Sunset was the Best ever Lee. This Film was absolutely Top Quality and one of Your Best Lee. Thank you, thank you very, very much for sharing the Fabulous Movie. Glorious!!!!!!!

There was just one thing missing on the burger.... a fried egg!! Pineapple and fried egg....DELICIOUS. You don't know what you have missed Lee. Another great video, keep it going. 10 for me too.

Come to Adelaide if you want relaxed.The excitement is on par with lawn bowls.
I'm not a city living person and wouldn't want to live in one, but Perth maybe would be an exception. I said in a previous video how clean and relatively quiet it looked compared to the hectic life in a lot of cities, and that could suit me no end, it's just the heat I couldn't handle in summer, it's certainly lovely looking as you say and definitely doesn't look boring as some say.
Betty's burger looked lovely, I thought it looked like a normal bread cob it was in as I prefer those, it didn't look like brioche to me, but I was wrong.
You ought to do an evening video around town while you're there, at least it wouldn't be so hot then and it would be nice to see a bit of the nightlife. Really enjoyed the video.

I've always found turning the burger upside down on the plate. Then pick it up (with both hands) and then rotate the burger the right way up. it won't go all over the place then 😉

We do have those Burgers in the UK, but they are called Hawaiian Burgers with the Pineapple. They are amazing.

Betty's Burgers started on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland at Noosa selling burgers for one dollar each, that was a while ago.
I love your traveller’s perspective on our city. The CBD area may seem quiet but if you visit the major suburban shopping centres, you will find the crowds. Also be careful of your belongings when you’re vlogging. We maybe a chilled city but there are still thieves about.

I'm from Perth, and while on holidays in Sydney last year, we saw their version of our green cactus 🌵 it's more earthy colours, brown/orange/yellow/red. Still an odd looking thing no matter the colours 😂

as a Sydneysider recently in Brisbane, the best value burgers i found were at the tiny standalone cafes serving tradies. example the virginia cafe in Pritchard rd Sunshine nr station (basic $8 incl beetroot & sautéed onion) and joes snack bar cnr Beenleigh rd & Jackson rd, sunnybank hills (basic $10.50 incl above). they have undercover chairs outside so you can eat in the breeze. they operate only during worker lunch hours but are better value than the chain restaurants & give the genuine old fashioned burger experience with large patties & fresh buns that Maccas/Hungry Jacks killed off

I’ve lived in Sydney and Melbourne they both have their good places to visit but Perth and the whole of WA is just so beautiful. Have you tried a Aussie meat pie or sausage roll from a good bakery yet, if not you should with tomatoe sauce.
