Interesting video, but don't you think that we are losing too many points when training one player for few different playstyles? We could invest these points in other stats if we max him only one prefered playstyle?
The game is a mess. 2 years they had. I'm fact, almost 3 years since PES 2020 released and this shambles of a game is all they could come up with. So many features missing too.
Klopp has higher Quick counter proficiency than gasperini meaning you do not need most of your players to have 95+ in playing style training. as i explained in the video.

I tested option A, but so far haven’t seen differences in Playstyle Proficiency gained per Progression Point.
Do player training at some point sep would love for you to dive in and explain the new stat system , which striker like nunez, ibra or versatile strikers like jao felix. I maxed out nunez however I should of focused more on his balance and dribbling hes so bad with the ball at his feet but his finishing and pace is good!

Very good point, i mentioned it on the twitch stream yesterday. Its best to spend gp on a trainer with 80+ on a playstyle and save the experience point to max stats of a player. I wonder with a 87 coach what players need to have on proficiency. Could be that 87 on all players will be sufficient to have 100 chemistry...? I made the mistake using cheap managers and boosting a lot of players to 99 counter attack and regret it big time.

As a long term PES guy, it's becoming harder and harder to defend this game lol. The over the top skill based matchmaking is awful. I always liked the fact you can play anyone. Sitting for minutes at 3am is not a fun experience. Also, same old laggy gameplay online. It's really hard to stomach Konami. They're awful. They waited 2 years, to only change the name of my club, taken away W/L records and visible ratings. You can't even check your players goals and assists anymore. And dream team divisions is just awful sweaty for higher ranked players. The game is an awful state.
Sadly, only for the sake of nostalgia I would invest time in this game! It's such a downgrade from the previous PES! Gameplay and graphics are so rough, it's not a 2022 game! It's subpar to say the least! Man, I miss the times from PES 2018 to PES 2020/21, my favourite ones. Those gave me something FIFA never could gave! Even with it's shortcomings those iterations had brilliant, realistic moments! Now, I only have FIFA 22 to itch my scratch and longing for a football game, and don't get me wrong, I think it's one of the best ever made but damn, I still miss those PES days with the ball roulette and all... 😔

When i have xavi and i mainly play possesonion game is it really worth it to get pep? I mean i already max out all of my players, but would it make a difference ingame? Like they play way better? So can it be that except the less xp thing that it doesnt matter if your manager has 77 or 87 it only has to be his highest proffesionsy?
In game when I switch to my sub tactic, it doesn't allow me to switch player positions in game plan(example I can't swap my lmf to play as ss nd so on) why is it so?
The new system is better in the sense you can change formations without dropping spirit but in my team now Iv max levelled Ronaldo therefore no more points for leveling an if I was to try a different manager I wouldn’t be able to increase his team spirit with the new manger which I think quite frankly is shit

If I already trained my players before I understood this, am I all set or is there a way to reverse it besides resetting progression points?
Just wait for a FREE progression points reset, we had it for 6month free, then twice for short period of time after that.

if your manager has high skill like klopp 87 for counter then less exp points needed for play style training.

Higher proficiency (KloppQuick counter 87) requires Less Exp to make your player adapt to Quick Counter.

I've noticed that upgrading my goalkeeper's quick counter rating sped up him getting up from the floor after he makes a save

On squad view, top left select on your manager then select change manager! really simple menus bro you can not miss it.

Thats why you don't spend everything on stats. You should atleast max him out on 2 different playing styles.
