    Absolutely love regressions strategies. And while I've seen so many, i have never seen one that gets you profit with 1 hit instead of 2. But i got one that could get you out with profit after 1 hit and leave you with $66 inside. The even sweeter thing about it is that it uses less than half of what you used in this strategy.

    • @markthepoint
      @markthepoint  9 месяцев назад

      I have an ultimate Regressor that gets you there In one hit. You go 220 inside. If it gets a hit it pays $70... At that point you could go 66 inside or 64 cross and one hit... Take a look at it. Thank you for the feedback! I would love to know what you have without also gets you there and went in.

    • @VinoUdaBestOne
      @VinoUdaBestOne 9 месяцев назад +1

      @markthepoint I got one that uses $105 instead of $220, which is far less exposure and needs far less bank roll and can get you out with $66 inside with a $6 profit. I call it the Vino, Lol

    Funny you should mention a 4-1 5 being an Easy 5. For I sometimes call the 3-2 5 the Hard 5--which is really a dominoes term, for if you start off a round with the 3-2 scoring a 5, the next player cannot score immediately (with a 4-1 5, the next player could score 10 with 1-6). Just an observation ☺

  • @azcrapsshooters5432

    I love regression strategies, and this one is cool. I would make only 1 change. Math wise, we all know the 6/8 will hit more often than the 5/9, which showed up in this video. So, instead of when the 6 or 8 hitting and regressing the 6/8, regress the neighbor 5 or 9. So let's say a 6 hits, regress the 5, and next roll is a 6. Instead of only making 35, you still make 70 and regress the 9.
    Or you could even after 2 hits regress all the way to $88 inside (since the 5/9 would be at $20 anyways) and at that point you're at $52 profit in the rack and $88 (profit) on the table. Out of the hand and if you walked away you'd be up $140. Or out of the hand with $88 of opportunity looking right at ya on the table.

    • @markthepoint
      @markthepoint  9 месяцев назад +1

      Not a bad idea.. I'm definitely not opposed to it. In a perfect world it would be nice to get all 4! Hits at the highest $50/$60 levels.. But we all know we don't live in that world!

    • @azcrapsshooters5432
      @azcrapsshooters5432 9 месяцев назад

      @markthepoint absolutely. I'd love to just leave it all out and just take 4 hits and run with the 220 out there. But again. We all know how hard 2 hits is, let alone 4 hits. Either way, $220 just leaves so many options to play and I always love leaving the 6/8 out as long as I can for a system like this.

    Instead of pulling down after the first hit, if you stick around for a second hit, you can pull down to $110 inside and be $30 ahead. Yes, more at risk longer but you’re out with profit in only two hits.

      I haven’t played much live craps but have been studying the game and testing strategies on a simulator before heading to Vegas in June so I’m still learning.
      My thinking so far is to get out of the hand as soon as possible. Once the hand is paid, that is where I see the opportunity starts. From there you can go crazy with the press and create as much opportunity as possible without the risk.

  • @shaunholt

    Around roll 22, I now take all my place bets down to a single increment, and then begin press & collecting again. I do this because you know seven will hit at some point, so I don't want all that extra money on the table only for the casino to win it back. I did this the other night and took about $300 off the table two or three rolls before seven hit. So while everyone else had 200-400 on the table, I only had $40 or so, and the rest in my bankroll.

    • @markthepoint

      @@markthepoint Three nights ago I tied first place for 33 rolls, then two nights ago I rolled 38x before sevening out, but that was only good for 3rd place since apparently someone rolled 67x the next morning. Yesterday I didn't do so well, only in the teens, but a couple shooters before me, he only rolled about a 20, but he kept rolling Field bets especially, so I made a lot of the Bought 10 and the player beside me often had like $30 on the field, so we had a good time. Probably 15/20 of the rolls were in the field, including two or three 12s, and another player made em all and I had a 1-1-1. Overall fun night, but only ended up $200 ahead. I play a $5 table. $10 and up is too rich for my blood. I can gamble $200 or so a month and be okay.

    Like it... I Do something similar, but I start at 440 inside..(very risky I know :) ) On your first rolls before 7 I would have been up 100 and the Second Rolls before 7 I would have been up 135 with a total of 235 profit. On the 3rd rolls before 7 I would have lost 80.

    Agree there is no one perfect strategy alone. That is why I have been using DGE gambits to make over 100k a year. Using a 5k bankroll. I believe it is the most consistent style of play verses a single strategy.
    However, regression strategies can be good.
    I am also a poker player and bankroll is important to be successful. I was always told you need 200 times the big blind or on table games the min bet. This will minimize risk of ruin at the table. However, just because you have a large bankroll doesn’t mean you bet bigger.
    Thanks Mark for your videos.
