If you are going to be in the Carolinas I would say Carolina Adevnture World with about 100 miles of marked trails. If going father north into WV check out the Hatfield McCoy Trail system. About 1500 miles of marked trails. Thanks for checking out the channel and enjoy your riding. :)
The R has a stronger rear suspension as it is a 4 link and the X is a 3 link. But I road Uwharrie many times and never had an issue. I would set the Fox Live Valve suspension to sport for a little stiffer ride and I did every trail up there with no problems. The X has a much tighter turning radius if you are looking for something for riding in the woods. Thanks for checking out the channel.
I would still get the X. Depending on the particular obstacle the X sometimes gets through better and other times the R. Running System 3 wheels and XTR370s on my X and my nephews R, my X is 4 inches narrower that his R.
Great video! Now I don't have to walk it to see what I'm up against.
I'll be climbing in my 1998 Jeep TJ with 33x12.50's on 4 inches of lift.
Glad you liked it and thanks for checking out our channel.
Nice video I am from FL have a Honda Pioneer 1000 where do you recommend to ride

Thanks for your advice. I know about McCoy did not know about the others. Thanks
I have several videos posted for Carolina Adventure World for marked trails, outlaw trails and day and night rides. :)
Which talon handles better the x or the r ? , is the x suspension enough for this kind of terrain ?

@@EverythingStartsSomewhere thanks for the response , Is the live valve worth the xtra money?.
It is. I have read about different suspension upgrades people do to their machines because they did not get the Live Valve. It works very well.
@@EverythingStartsSomewhere awesome, now that you own the x and ride with an r which one you rather have ?

Uwharrie is a fun place to ride but I'll never take my razor back there ever again now if you're in a modified Jeep that's a different story
My Talon does pretty good on 30” XTR370s and high clearance radius arms on the back, plus rock sliders.
@@EverythingStartsSomewhere sounds like a hell of a machine
Cool video but y'all took alllll the cheater lines!
Thanks for checking out the channel. We did take some easy lines. Don’t want to brake things so early in the season. 🙂
