Jeep XJ First Time Off Road!

One month ago I bought a stock 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ as my new project, and after countless hours wrenching, it was time to have a little fun off road, and what better place to test out the new Jeep than Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Mears, Michigan.

Nice XJ! Looked like you were using your winch cable as a strap to make the st10 recovery. If so, not good at all for your equipment.

What else do you have on that XJ? Gears ,locker ,exhaust, etc.

richard mcgowan stock gears they are 3.55 in the Chrysler 8.25 rear end. No lockers yet. And waiting for the stock exhaust to fall off before I customize it. I’m going to make an overview video of it soon for more info
