So nice of you. For every video we put out we typically have orders of magnitude more data we don't publish..... For companies wanting to explore, they either subscribe to TROVE or lose out.........

Our pleasure! Thanks Steven. Your support is greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with this Guyana Suriname news update - and a section on the geologic evolution of the area as well! Best wishes, Mike
Does BP have anything planned in that part of the world since Guyana was a former British colony. I was shocked that it was the Americans who made the gamble. You would of think Shell and B.P. would of tried decades ago since all nearby countries have oil.
As a former employee of BP (many moons ago) I have watched that company make a number of turns (and u-turns). BP used to look all over the world - this may well still be the case but in recent times it is as much for renewable opportunities as oil & gas. Every company has to make choices of where to invest their exploration dollars and invest in their multi-billion dollar developments. ExxonMobil (Guyana), Shell (Namibia) TotalEnergies (Namibia), ENI (Africa) are just some examples of huge successes in recent times. There are many many others. Sadly, I don't see too many major new discoveries involving BP - but that's probably down to the strategic direction they have chosen. It will limit their future growth potential IMHO.
We had contacted Coastline several times - they are currently the sole explorer in Somalia. They haven't sent us any material so we will probably go ahead with what we have and make an independent video. Watch this space.
Thanks for a great summary and analysis, so much Oil and Gas in this region
