Using this with an M1 Macbook and so far so good. I have turntables connected to a DJ Mixer, and then the "Booth" output of the DJ mixer connected to the RCA Input of the Behringer UCA222. Once I used the "Booth" volume knob to set the volume properly, it was all good. Recording into Logic Pro. Recordings sound clean to me. The recordings are not clipped.
Trying to use this product for something similar. Does the volume knob work on the actual device for a M1 mac? going to use this to record my sets but also want to digitize some CDs from my PS1 that doesnt have a volume control knob.
Your response to my question on your video inspired me to order a Black Lion Audio Revolution 2x2 USB Audio Interface to try out. I should be on here Friday.
Hmm, even if it does work for Windows I think I’ll pass. The Vincent 701 tube phono stage has an digital out, plus a stand alone power supply. A bit spendy, but if I ever get around to digitizing my records it’ll be with something like that
That makes me think, I long time ago I had the Parasound Zphono USB that you could hook up to your computer. I never used it, though. I wonder how well that worked?

Or like I did was buy the Schiit SYS to control the recording level for my Novation AudioHub 2x4 USB interface.

@@6AM_YT I never heard of it, but look forward to your review. I learned years ago it's the best way to record vinyl to my computer.
Does the Behringer UFO202 work better, as it has a dedicated phono in?
I'm not sure, but I doubt it.

Fwiw future watchers, the UCA222 does have a digital out. The reviewer called it an input, but it is in fact an optical output.
Have you tried something like reaper, it has way more options than audacity
I haven't. Is it worth the $60?
@@6AM_YT under windows we get the demo (wich ask you to wait for 5 sec at the start). This demo has no time limit and no functionality limit
get a PC it works fine 😅
NEVER!
Once you go MAC you don't go back!
