I Built an Imperial Base in 24 HOURS!

- Earlier in the year we spent four months working on an imperial base MOC. It turned out great but it got me thinking, with a much more expansive parts collection now what could I build in just 24 hours? In today’s video I challenged myself to just that. I’ve got 24 hours to build the best imperial base I can manage. ENJOY :)

Thanks Brian! I agree, it’s a generational thing, younger people seem to prefer the prequels/clone wars but personally I love the OT just as much. It’s fun to build some Imperial MOCs

Both are good. Early empire from andor/solo is the empire in its lore prime imo.

I absolutely love these new Mandalorian figures. They have a custom look that differs them from other Lego troopers. I really am looking forward to see more figures like this in the future!

This is actually so amazing! I love all the details and the usage of the new minifigs! As a fellow moc builder I think the idea to initially create the moc in micro scale can actually be so useful! new sub here :)

That makes me want to build one myself. I don’t think 4 stormtroopers and 2 imperial commandos is going to cut it though 😅. I guess another clone base it is 😢.

Go for it! Sometimes less can be more, at least that’s what I’ve found recently. I hope we get some more imperial troops in upcoming sets :)
I recently made a base with only 6 imperial figures you can do it aswell give it a try

Diablo! It’s been a while, I’m glad you’re still watching. The water may have been a bit out of place but who knows maybe the imperials brought the water with them :)
This is really cool, i love the details, you should make a part 2 where you make a back side that could have more rooms like a medbay and add the hinge pieces so it could fold open
Man that’d be a really cool idea, I’ll keep that in mind for future builds. Doing a mini series would be fun. Unfortunately all of these pieces have to go into our large scale clone MOC.

Me too! I’m thinking of doing some battlefront inspired sequels MOCs. Maybe Takodana or Starkiller Base, I’ve been loading up on the appropriate minifigures :)

God I wish I had actual Lego bricks that I could build mocs with. Great stuff though.
All of what you see here was purchased within the last year! Bricklink and PAB walls, it’s expensive but not quite is pricey as sets :)
Pretty accurate because in a new hope hundreds of storm troopers were sent to tatooine to search for R2-D2 and C-3PO. It’s only reasonable for them to have a base there

You could have saved a good bit of time and bricks by not putting in the railing. We all know the Empire cuts back on silly "workplace safety regulations".

why does every lego creator put a time frame on their moc builds? not everything has to be a challenge. im assuming this is what gets views, but i miss the old style of lego content.
Yea generally the algorithm seems to push these time framed videos more, people seem to like them but I get what you’re saying. It is pretty fun to make these types of videos tho :)
