I think his album is coming out in April, which is almost four months away, so maybe they weren't keen on shooting and releasing this right now. I also don't get the no promotion argument. I support all of NCT and I have been following all their releases. Mark's promotion is quite fair. You can't compare all the posts we've got from Mark so far with how they did Yuta. Of everyone's solo so far, he got nothing. No community posts, shorts, logo change, nada. People think Mark suffers being in many groups but don't know whether he appreciates all the avenues he gets to showcase his artistry and growth. He even says that his job is blessed. If he wanted to take a break, I'm sure out of everyone, he would have been allowed to. His fellow members who don't do as much have taken a break, maybe he just doesn't want to.
thats what i think too! i feel like mark really likes being busy and he's passionate at what he does. if he truly likes to rest, i think he's one of the few kpop idols who would have no problem demanding or requesting time off. i think he enjoys having a packed schedule. i also think that this song, fraktsiya, couldve been written by sm's song writers for the most part. idk but theres a part of me that thinks he would not start something like this, like ranting or praising himself for his works in a song, on his own. i just think theres a team that persuaded him to do this. i have no problems with it though, i respect spideymark so much
