How BAD Hubsan Customer Service handle my simple problem...

  • After fall about only less then 3 meter. The motor start to have problems. It stil can fly but not very stable.
    After 3 days, my Zino Mini Pro cannot start anymore..
    This time I think it is not completely may fault. The battery got ejected during the flight. They claim I not install the battery properly. But I'm sure I put the battery in right condition. If not the flight won't start right?
    Then Hubsan Customer service asking me the very impossible condition. After get my flight log, they need the file in the drone. But the drone wont start, how can I give it to them?
    The file named "Flyctrl" in the drone's memory. They insist the file but I cannot give it. They claim if I cannot give the file, I cannot get any warranty. How bullshit is that?
    How about others customer who lost the drone during the flight. It will always said that is the pilot error no matter what.
    At the end, it always customer's fault. Hubsan only want to think about their side. So your customer service is useless.
    I share this as remider to others hubsan user. I will never use hubsan again. Before this I have DJI Mavic Mini and I regrets selling it. And I getting another one DJI product now. Goodbye hubsan.

    Had my Zino mini for 3 months now and absolutely zero problems, sorry that you had to go through that, I do agree that Hubsan really needs to have better customer service no matter what, it's a kind of hit or miss with them. NO person should ever have to have the kind of problems you did especially when you pay that kind of money, go viral and let Hubsan know without their customers they don't have a business, I don't wish that on you or anyone else and I pray they learn from this.       The drone is ok.. with good spec and price... I only not satisfy with their customer service... The question they asked was not clear and repeated....If they can change this it would be great..

    Sorry you had this experience with your drone and with Hubsan customer service. Although, I’m trying to figure out how the battery just fell out in mid flight. The battery does stay nice and tug when I’ve inserted it and is even hard to remove because the side button are so tight and hard to remove the battery. It’s definitely a strange occurrence that it just came out like that. Again, sorry that you experienced this situation, I don’t wish this on anyone as this sucks, especially when you spent a lot of money on it. Hope you can get it resolved with them somehow.

      Thak you for your concern...Its a really unexpected situation.. The battery should be tight. If not the flight wont start right?...But shit happen...
      It already resolve by getting air 2s...haha

    You're not the only one with hubsan support issues. Something similar happened to me, the battery also dropped in mid-flight. They said it was my fault. I have to pay for the repair and they don't sell spare parts. It was a big mistake to buy the Zino Mini Pro. Hubsan Never Again

      Im sorry for your loss. They easily said it was our error. If the battery not tightly attach the drone should not start right. Hmm..

    Your experience with hzmp however my story too. I had my hzmp for almost 3 months then something unexpected happen after updating firmware and in front of me about 3 mtrs high my drone dropped to the ground. Last week the drone lost altitude, made a turn and dived into a swamp where I cannot retrieve anymore. Made a report to hubsan and they said it was my fault -pilot error coz in the flight log they saw that the drone had crashed march 18 and that was exactly the day it feel to ground about 3 mtrs high while hovering. I'm now back DJI fan and had my first flight yesterday with my new drone -dji air 2s😘😘😘

      Haha...same with me with Air2s...Its a reliable drone...im not change it anymore..happy fly buddy..

    They literally said in one email that the file they are looking for is located ON YOUR PHONE. Connect your PHONE to the computer and find the folder and file they are looking for.

      Really?you really read like that?...It stated twice to me in the email...File from the drone.... connect the drone to computer....not the phone....
      I only gave here part of the email as the email was repeated...

    we must not forget that we have a lot of USB disconnection problems, some of us have lost their drone because NEVER returned to the take-off point, for my part a total stop of the 4 engines hovering at 7m high (battery well anchored before takeoff) fell to the ground, it was my 2nd flight and was updated ... and no I'm not a beginner, I have years of piloting and own 5 Dji, Sky Hero drones or others made in Diy and open source ...... and there, Hubsan dares to tell me that it fell on its back .... since when in Normal mode is this possible? I am not sure that this is possible even in expert mode ... Since when the flight logs do not record the flight distances, it is my case and Hubsan did not even answer me either. ...! In addition, for the record they could not find my logs after sending via the application ... Unthinkable !!
    Since when do we have 6 flights when we only do one on the same battery without any landing on the ground ...? Since when do we have to turn on / off / on his drone or the transmitter to have the "ATTI" connection ...? and all this was sent to Hubsan and for weeks the answers have been palaver without having any solutions from them ... I asked for a standard exchange of the drone ... it is the black out .... they let the time pass and seeing his $ 600 drone on a shelf is shameful ... I am thinking of making a petition ............ So I totally understand Muazzin ...!
    I love "I share it with the engineers and answer you ... ASAP" ...
    Jenny always answers the same thing .............
    I question the seriousness of skills and I am not the only one .... !!

    i seen in the email they asked you for the flight log,you could have avoided all this hassle if you just opened the hubsan app and done a screen recording of the flight log...lol...of course they are going to charge you for repair if you can not show proof of what happened to the drone.

      I already send them the flight log..you can read the email again...they admit they received it...I can give them all the flight log in the apps if they want..
      The only problem is they ask the flight log from the drone..that the only problem...

      @@MuazzinYasin my bad,i thought you could just get them from the app like you can with the fimi mini without the drone being connected,try connecting the drone to your pc and see if it will let you read the files on the ssd

      i just found it in the app,u can get the flight logs without the drone,u click on the 6 dots in the top right corner of the app,in the video they said they want that specific flight log of the problem happening and if they asked a second time that means they didnt recieve it the first time,im going thru this kind of bullshit now with fimi because of a replacement they sent me that is not working correctly,ive had to send files multiple times to them

      @@capeRCouple No..they specifically ask the flight log from the drone..the file named "flyctrl"...They already get the flight log i sent from the apps...They already got it..

      Ya..seller shopee...ada isu jugak seller ni...L3Toys tu tiba2 break agreement dengan hubsan..so tak dapat contact hubsan via seller..kene cntct sendiri..tu satu masalah jugak..
      Kalau nak beli elok beli pada dronecare..boleh cari di shopee juga..

    this aircraft is a bollshit ... I have many kind of problem qith thia hubsan... I dont recommend to buy this equipment... only has problem with hubsan aircraft

    i dont dispute this users experience. however, having recently recieved my second hubsan drone, i am am having a great tmie.
    the zin mini pro is no toy. it's a product that exactly delivers on my desired experience.
    whats more, the customer support has been fine. i needed it to provide the setup calilbratioin without which, guess what? you crash...
    so this gentleman reports an unhappy experience with his hubsan support. i am happy and wll buy more hubsan products. one plus, one minus, net = 0 !!
