The delicacy could have been healthier had they used stainless steel vessels and iron tava. Aluminum utensils are not good for health but in most of northern India, you will notice considerable aluminum utensils as they are cheap.
That food looks delicious from what I can see. It would be nice if the writing at the bottom of the screen was taken down after about a minute. You can’t get the full effect of what those vendors do because the writing blocks some of the action.
