I solved the problem of wanting occasional bangs by buying really nice clip in bangs and dyeing them a whole bunch of different colors.
Can I ask, where did you find/buy them?
@@KitKat0nly Insert Name Here Hair. They’re definitely more expensive than Amazon, but the quality is excellent. They often have sales too. The bangs even have long framing pieces on either side. They’re human hair and come in a bunch of colors. They’er great for dyeing too.

I don’t think you should cut them!! Find a higher quality fake bang and go with that when you want to shift! You look great either way! But when you cut, you’re stuck wit only one option instead of 2

The fake bangs are great and I think they look flatter because they are clipped too far back. If you place them further forwards and cut them to the right length I think they will look SO good and more like what you’re wanting

the clip on bangs would be denser at the top if you just wore them closer to the front of your hair and trimmed them to the length you want! then you wouldn’t see the clips and would have a parting still hahaha

I think the clip in bangs look the best! Maybe cut them shorter so you can clip them where they are supposed to be and buy pink clips or paint Bobbi pins with pink nail polish and use 4 or five on each side or 2 criss crossed.

the clip on bangs look rly good on u especially with the long hair, but you shouldn’t cut ur actual hair for it since it could end up not as good. also you should try streaming if u haven’t before, it would be fun to watch the whole process for these kinds of videos or just in general videogames or commentary!!
What about you get thin long bangs which you can style so it looks like mini bangs and also they are very easy to hide

Those clip ins are ideal!!! Instead of clipping your actual hair under, could you do tiny French braids with them? No need for matching clips :)

I feel you with uneven cut from a hair salon. I don’t know what it is but it happened to me many times that the front pieces weren’t the same lenght and I had to fix it myself at home. Even when the hairdresser checked the lenght a million times, it still happened and idk what it is. I even told her that this is happening to me so I would like her to check it so it’s even. It still wasn’t.. but I’m too scared to cut my own hair at home because I have really straight, thick hair and everything uneaven is visible so I rather let a professional do it.
could you pin your natural hair up via the first method and then cover the pins with the clip-on bangs instead of a hairband? Might solve the visible bobby pins and lack of volume problems you were having

Hey, to fix your clip in bangs, just re wash them and don't flat iron them, or any hot curler. Do them like you did them the first time. That was the best one. 😊
I ended up getting bangs by going to hair salon to cut fringe on a wig and my real hair got accidentally cut right in the middle . I made a video of it I call them the Daryl Dixon look lol
It’s thicker closer to the base of the exstention. Just cut the fake bangs shorter and wash and blow dry straight (curling them is what messed with the look) then put them on lower so it’s not at the back of your head. It’ll be shorter and thicker but in the place you want them

I literally just cut myself bangs after having this same feeling and I think I cut them too long and seeing you with the clip-in bangs really makes me want to try cutting them again but I'm afraid to cut them too short
2nd option was bomb, very pinup I loved it. The clip ins were nice, but truly flat. You should cut yours, they grow fast anyway, i just did mine and dont even wear it as bangs, just flip it to the side :D

I love the micro bangs and Betty bangs. on myself I love them too but I have such straight oily hair that it makes it a pain. so I ordered thick human hair clip in on Amazon, dyed and cut them and they work great. actually wearing them in my pic on here.

@@skummcdum I bought them on Amazon in 2019 and just looked at my purchase history and the ones I got aren't available. but I got 100% human hair, not a blend. I tried matching as close to my current color but if you have bright colored hair then get platinum blonde to dye. I got fullest density that I could find has 3 clips in a triangle. I then cut the side longer fringe off so it was just a Betty bang. but just be sure when you cut them, secure alllllll your own hair completely out of the way like even head band it down too bc so many ppl accidentally cut their own hair when trying to cut clip in bangs on themselves. I first cut mine on a foam mannequin head so was easier to get what I wanted

I always cut my own bangs now. I've been to loads of different hairdressers over the years, and they ALWAYS cut my bangs too short, so now no one is allowed near them.
I don't like bangs that much so i don't wanna have them but i like the second one you tried because i love volume. Tho the only thing that matters is what you like the best

Buy another set of bangs to add together for volume. Or use an old track of hair extention to add to it for volume and cut it the same.

The last one looked OK, but the first one looked the best, But it needs a hairband for the clips. Maybe bend the clips into a more circular shape so they sit flat against your curvy head and not sticking out at the ends, and make or get a hairband more your style, maybe silver metal skulls, spiders or something else all along in a row in line with your aesthetic and not cutesy.
