Honestly tho... The best way to fix Yone/Yasuo champion is to nerf their enhanced q bro. Why does yone get to keep his tornado Q for 6 seconds??? Imagine Vladimir being able to wait for 6 seconds with his empowered q.
Nerf it to 3-4 seconds and the champions will be somewhat balanced.
