HI STEPH. I have a video recommendation. It’s almost the end of ramadaan for Muslims out there and I was hoping you could fast one day to just see what it’s like. It’s all about endurance and seeing things from the perspective of those who can’t eat and don’t have access to necessities. We fast from sunrise to sunset and make sure to eat something at sunrise before we start the day. We then break the fast at sunset with LOADS OF FOOD and contentment. I promise it’s rlly beautiful and you’ll feel refreshed. Hope u have fun if u decide to do this. Ily SM THX U❤️
