When she noticed that I'm finally losing weight, she asked what I'm doing, I showed her the one I was wearing and said when they feel tight, I stop eating. But we didn't have time to talk more and I only see her maybe once a week.

Like, elephant tusks ivory? I think in the way of energy and ivory isn't source in a good way, so I personally would stay away from that. If you are talking about the shade of white, then I would say ivory is considered white.
