In india this car used to come as Chevrolet Travera. In my city 70% cab drivers still use this model, Chevrolet closed its operations here in 2017, but still people love this car and get ready to pay high amount for any old Chevrolet Travera due to its reliability, i have seen many travara with close to or higher then 1 million kilometres and still going strong.
@kuholgarage I suggest changing out the rear leaf springs, installing an add-a-leaf kit or leaf spring shackles and sway bars to further accommodate for towing; you may adjust the front torsion bars to balance the ride, it could also do with a good set of shock absorbers. I wonder if anyone makes polyurethane bushings for these 🤔
We used to own an XUVi late 2003 model. Unfortunately, it came with the notorious Jatco 4AT that was known for being slippery when it tries to deliver power 😔. I later on tried the manual version XUV that was NA and the power delivery was a whole lot better 😌. Rev matching took a little getting used to since I normally drive gas powered cars but it delivers enough to get around in the city.

The Isuzu CROSSWIND had been used as UV EXPRESS SERVICE, Private family use, and public transport
The Isuzu Crosswind are used for UV EXPRESS SERVICE, family private use and public transport
Regarding towing capacity, you can use the old Isuzu Fuego as a basis as that used a similar platform and drivetrain combination
Cool, so a quick search for Holden Rodeo TF shows a 1800kg braked towing capacity. Should be good enough for us.

I wonder if this video is hinting at an AUV rally build 🤔
Don't give me ideas! Maybe hinting something for towing the rally build around.
