What a car! 4 doors, naturally aspirated V8 and the beloved PDK! And if that isn't the best thing to own! As far as I know, the only downside is oil leaks, but tell me which performance V8 which does not have oil leaks (excluding probably the old AMG V8s). I could be wrong of course, prove me wrong! And I actually noticed at the start it was doing about 16l/100 km of fuel consumption which again is nice, assuming they drove it normally.

All these car "experts" get behind the wheel of these Porsches, and immediately turn off traction control. That just stupid, especially for a top speed run. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TURN OFF TRACTION CONTROL FOR LAUNCH. But, ya know, spinning your wheels and wasting tire and time is cool, too, I guess.
@trident 🅥 Major issues with 4.8 are connected to oil leaks. Americans are best when it comes to V8 engines, especially HEMI ones. Not the fastest, but more reliable. 4.8 also suffered from faulty cam shaft controllers which could destroy cam shafts and timing chains. A major recommendation from Porsche owners: Never ever buy one without extended drivetrain warranty. If you are ready to spend half of you wallet maintaining it then go for it. Or just play a safe and buy one with TDI engine. VW components which lowers the maintenance costs
Actually Porsche's launch control and gearbox are durable. In the Porsche's World Roadshow, the Turbo S had used the launch control more than a thousand times, it used at least a hundred times in every country on the tour. but it's still working properly. The 0-100 is still under 3 seconds.
sounds like a car
lol that comment got me

Mmh, yes. The floor is made of floor
I hate when they do that😡🤬😡😡😡😠
Love Porsches Launch Control.
Man I love the 1st generation Panamera GTS! It’s so stable at top speed. I need to experience that. 289 KMH = 180 MPH! Absolutely fantastic!
I just love the Panamera first gen GTS, highest outpot on a naturally aspirated v8 engine made by porsche, no turbos and pure sound
I had this engine, it is heavenly like. Nonetheless most powerful NA V8 from Porsche was in 918.
@@SkyrimCZtutorials you are a lucky man to drive such a car, and btw I knew 918 was NA, but it was not produced as massive as Panamera defintly 😅

16L/100km, for normal driving is absolutely terrible xD
I have about 11 L/100 on my FL gts

@@gasolinefleet No surprise, it's a huge brick.
Only Americans can build a V8 that doesn´t have any issues
Man I cannot wait for the full review on this. Sounds absolutely monumental and dare I say, actually looks good now?
Idk bout the outside of this car but the interior looks nice 👌
Fantástico Fantástico Fantástico !!!!!!!!!!!
Finally a video with an 4.8 panamera
Definitly goes into my dream garage👌
Old is gold ❤️
Nice car, nice runs
TC Light looks like a skull beside the number 7 that's so cool,
That v8 sounds heavenly
They were ahead of their time here
👍Very Beautiful 👍
You need to get the turbo S facelift 2015 amazing car
Wonderfully built machine
Longer 4th shorter 5th gear will make it perfect
How to get so cool wheel on that model? Which release date is this car?
Please angle the camera a little higher, I'm constantly trying to look up

Fast for A heavy car.
I'd love to see you do a 4.8 cayenne GTS.
fast toy 🕶
Must be great to drive but couldn't live with this design has a daily driver
BMW abzor bro
That launch control set at near 6k is far too high, needs to be near 4800rpm....
5800rpm is just too near the redline.

yo wtf is in your 2004 e55 amg? It literally has a higher top speed than this panamera.
Ihow many kilometers has the engine of the panamera?
Mantaince nightmare. Seems like porsche look to audis v8 to make their own v8 both are nightmare to fix.
