- "The Streets Won't Forget" & Adel Taarabt go hand-in-hand. Back in the early 2010s, this Morroccan starlet was lighting it up at Loftus Road and his future was one of the most promising in European football. Unbelievably skillful and confident on match days, it wasn't his feet that caused issue in the end, but a temper and ego that led him down an unexpected path...

The kind of players that make you realise why it’s called ‘the beautiful game’.
Not enough skillfull players like him and jay jay okocha all athletic robots now🫤
At the end of day, a player's output is measured by their impact on fans. By that metric, Taarabt is a success.
So glad I was able to watch him at QPR. Still one of the most skilful football players I’ve ever seen. Will never be forgotten. Up there with the best. Shepherd’s Bush and White City will never forget. We are QPR.
The streets will never forget Prime Adel Taarabt.
I remember when he came to benfica, it was kinda frustrating because he came with some fame and we were pretty annoyed with him but it was lovely seeing him play for us and the mentally he had in the later years was very much appreciated by all of us benfica fans
I feel bad for him, he was such a legend for us at QPR he must of had real idiots around him in important positions for him to continually make the same mistakes
Always a joy to see you upload. Great video as always!
Appreciate the support!
Great video as always.
Quality video as always. Adel was truly mesmerizing on the ball, a real sensation.
Gardner's reaction at 1:44, man😂😂😂
The streets will never forget!
Another one like Quaresma
He was drafted first on the latest At The Bridge Pod episode for Streets Won’t Forget, when I saw this video I had to click
@@12thMandalorianthank you for listening 🙌🏻
As a Spurs fan this one still hurts. I used to scream at redknapp to give this kid more of a go.
Awesome video , Lee Trundle next ? 😂
Great video
Thanks!
I always thought maybe the most talented players Spurs had in the late 2000's were Adel Tarrabt, Giovanni dos Santos and Kevin Prince Boateng. If those three had the right mentality and reached their potential then Spurs would have been some team. They already had guys like Modric, Bale, van der Vaart, Defoe, Crouchy and Aaron Lennon. And there were even other players there like David Bentley and John Bostock who were tipped for stardom but flopped massively. it just seemed like that kind of place at the time.
RR x AT ??? Fantastic surprise to kick off the weekend.
The script had me laughing at times. Lovely.
Streets won’t forget QPR Adel Taraabt man
can you please do a video on Sir alex building his last great united team united 2006-2011
I'd love to explore that period. Got plenty on the way but I'll add it to the list!
I know this is off topic but what is the song you play in your intro and great vid btw
I think the music in btw is that of the remix of don toliver's song
I love your content pls make a video on neymar or R9
Thanks! I was thinking of doing a 2or3 part video series about R9 so that's certainly something to look forward to. For Neymar, I'm, sure I will one day but check out my MSN video in the meantime: he obviously features for a bit.
I heard 'something in the way' by Nirvana at 13:00 in this video and it suits the story of this guy. I doubt the editor knew the name of the song when he or she used a creative commons licence for the music but it fits the video perfectly.
Plz do a vid on ginola!
Certified Streets won't forget baller🔥
What is the outro song ?
He is one of the best example of how a young talented player with all the skillset that their own EGO destroys! By destroying I mean Taarabt could have been way better than what we know him to be.
The ending narrative is what all idiots in football say: wasted etc, what if. He will be remembered simple as that, will you?
13:37, does anybody have any idea how technical this skill is, and this dude was pulling it off like it was nothing.
What league is the BPL? I’ve lived in the UK for well over 30 years and I’ve never heard this term before.
Barclays Premier League, bit of a nostalgic acronym
What an incredible player and what a character. No small career either. And to say like this video does that his dreams to play for the top Spanish clubs (as Moroccans often do due to how popular Real and Barca are in Morocco) were somehow deluded 'fantasies' is uncharitable. You can bet at some point even those clubs at least took notice of what he was doing when he was lighting the game up.
If Harry couldn't get a tune out of him then wow😮
Taarabt is the best "streets won't forget" player ever
He was drafted first on the latest At The Bridge Pod episode for Streets Won’t Forget 🙌🏻
There’s a reason he was drafted first overall in our Players The Streets Won’t Forget Draft
I MUST KNOW THAT INSTRUMENTAL SOFTLY IN THE BACKGROUND.
QPR LEGEND ALWAYS
Taarabt had the potential to be the next ronaldinho at Barca or real, a shame it never happened
Taarabt’s too good for you.
He could have been as good as Ronaldo. Awesome talent.
“Demotion”? You mean relegation
Bets player live I have ever seen in the Hoops. I add live, as Stan was better, but Adel was fantastic - imbeciles ruined his career at The Home of Football
2nd 😂
Third 😂
