I found your channel checking out some Shenandoah stuff and then I stumbled across this! My in laws live near Summersville and I proposed to my wife at Blackwater Falls. So awesome seeing y’all enjoying WV!
We camp at Canaan Valley all the time...our favorite spot...So glad you traveled up to our neck of the woods...WV is a hidden gem....shhhhh....We like it that way...LOL...
Seneca Rocks is located within the Spruce Knob-Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area of the Monongahela National Forest. The Dolly Sods Wilderness is also part of the same national forest.
Flip your propane bottle on the camp stove back. Having the bottle upside down will plug up the regulator. Propane is a liquid and you use the vapors to cook with.
Your literally miles from where I grew up in a small town in Grant County called Petersburg. Your definitely hitting up the “A” list of places to see but if you find yourself looking for more check out “Smoke Holes” and “Big Bend” if you should visit the area again. Safe travels!

Any direction you decide to go in Best Virginia you will find adventures waiting for you. Our area in Beckley WV has a exhibition coal mine there is cass scenic railroad in Cass WV we have several state parks in Southern West Virginia with hiking, 4 wheeling, zip lines, white water rafting , the exhibition coal mine and so much more.

So many places to see and do in WV; Greenbank, Cass Scenic RR, Cultural Center at Capitol, fairs and festivals. You can't do it all in 1 years trip.
I am so glad that some youtube RVer has come and enjoyed our great State of West Virginia.
Next time try Spruce Knob (take warmer close) and or Cass Scenic Railroad. You will not believe your eyes.
That was on my list but we didn't have time to make it to Spruce Knob but we did do the railroad and it was AMAZING!
