have owned the xl for a while now, absolutely brilliant pan, cooked so many things in it. makes perfect sunny side up eggs without splashing oil over the yolk risking fire or scolding with oil. ordered the breakfast version and another xl. do not use scour pads for cleaning they are practically wash free just wipe off. if anyone would like a list of meals idea's you can cook in the ridge monkey drop me a message.
Would love a list too! Myself and my son (8 years old) use this XL when out camping the whole time. Its great for cooking stuff that he doesn't want in it as it has different compartments. So for bolognese for example, i cook the mushrooms and onions seperate and then add them to the mince/sauce part after i have served his! Saves cooking two seperate meals! I would love a list you have if possible. Thank you
That's a smart bit of kit, it beats all those fancy lenses! I see you are a lover of black pudding, so am I, that looked lovely between a couple slices of bread. Hope you both enjoyed your meal.....
Great little review Paul, they are excellent also for omelettes, toast, toasted sandwiches, warming cooked pasta etc. Check out the square "Squartle" kettle too!
Are windows on your vehicle covered with a reflective film? One day, at our bird feeder, it was placed so we could watch without scaring the birds. A Cardinal was feeding and it would fly to the window, semi crash. We moved the feeder hoping the bird would stop with "kamakazi". Your window may be reflecting a male bird.....Spring time is mating season, male birds will chase away competition from a nesting area.
lol. it may have been easier to place half the bun, flip, then place the other half of the bun rather than using one of the tiny tools to lift the baconegg out and manually place it on the bun.

Listen to the wife! She makes your life more fun...
Also, don't cook you eggs at the same temperature as the bacon, everything will burn.
True story
Careful Paul, Mrs C could get used to your cooking. Even the Wren sounded hungry.
