I would like to say that Popeye he would win because much like the rest of the cartoon characters of his time he is akin to a trickster god but he has a condition that must be fufilled that being him eating his spinach and when he eats his spinach in one episode he was able to escape the constraints of his home universe and fist fight the head animator and win taking control of the plot Popeye would win and I await Micheal's soul upoj their meeting.
