- Hello Explorers! In this video we wrap up our summer activities with a quick return to Amelia Island, Florida. As you may or may not know, we love this area as we feel it gives you that small town feeling. It never seems touristy and if you are into the beach life, it is a must see! Come along as we take you around the island to a few different locations!

Fernandina Beach is great. It's little over 30 miles from Jacksonville so I sometimes ride from my home to Fernandina Beach and back. There is a great bike trail that goes all away to Fernandina Beach. 👍

We have been here. I remember when we lived in Atlanta and vacationed in Savannah, we drove down to Amelia. It is love. We all love the beach towns in the South. Very cool day at the beach guys. LIKE 7. 👍👍👍

I was just there about a month ago for the first time. Had to buy a new car and found a nice one in Jax. Decided to have a mini vacation and stayed in Amelia. Absolutely loved it. Wasn't expensive either.
Beautiful Island! The prices were normal so that is always nice. We priced out houses which, on the other hand, ouch. Mini vacations can be just as fun as long ones. Thanks for watching! 🙂
Oh ameilia island ! Such a great downtown and beach Thanks for a tour of beaches and state park! Im not sure about escaping tourism in ameilia though...its fairly busy...I would head to st. Mary, Georgia close by if i was seekinh a quiet spot. ❤
We were there the second weekend in September, and the beaches were not packed at all. Maybe summertime can get a little crowded. Christmas time was really nice too. We will have to check out St Mary. It sounds nice! We love Amelia Island. It is so beautiful. Thanks for watching! 🙂
