London Borough of Culture bid launch

We launched our bid to be London Borough of Culture 2025 with a spectacular event at Sands End Community Centre (SEACC), including performances from local schools, speeches and more.
SEACC was built at no cost to local taxpayers after H&F secured funding from developers.
