  • Indigo Flight number 6E 5409 from Indore to Delhi on 01st Dec 2016 was delayed by 4hrs. There were absolutely no announcements and the ground staff was so unprofessional and abusive. Mr Vaibhav told me "jo ukahdna hai ukahd le"
    and never knew that there are paid pimps of Indigo airlines using filthy language and commenting on videos

    That’s an extremely annoying passenger. He’s already mentioned that he can’t give in writing and only customer service department can. He expects him to run and get a paper and give it in writing like he owns the airline or controls the weather or whatever

    If the flight is delayed what can customer service assistant do?? Is he flying the plane?
    Oversmart over privileged passanger, one needs to understand everyone is doing their job, why to film him? Is he a criminal because the flight is late?

      ​@@jacksonmartine2174 for delay flight airlines pays huge penalty to the airport operator, ground supporter for parking, and all which amount is beyond and more then your imagination .. and once flight got delayed due to Weather or ATC or if The Arrival flight is got delayed then no one neither customer service nor station manager no one can give you in written coz bro bloody the airline is not our . We are working for the airline. We are there to assist you help you and guide you to make your journey Hassel free. Bloody think if in case flight got technical and coz of your foolish arrgument we depart a technical flight then bro God knows the rest of the things so always trust and believe the customer service executive they are the person who always wants to betterment of passanger

    I traveled from Varanasi to Hyderabad today morning (INDIGO:6E 2815 seat 30E and 6E 2325 seat 4D). I had a rucksack/backpack without lock as my check-in luggage. I didn't keep anything important/expensive knowing the situation. At Hyderabad baggage arrived after 40mins and overtly it was normal. At home I found things missing from the bag. Airline told me if you don't register a complaint at the airport, nothing can be done. My question is...am I supposed to unpack and check my bag at the conveyor belt? Aren't you responsible and accountable for my baggage once I hand it over to you?

    The passenger out there had no sense of humour at all...... Being a CSA officer doesn't mean that they won't be embarrassed when they've done nothing wrong..... The passenger is a human so as is the CSA officer and that wasn't his job to know why the flight got delayed...... The behaviour of the passenger was really really awkward.. Such people still exist........ A grant salute to the CSA officer who handled things so smoothly though he was being mistreated by the passenger..............

    This Indigo has always had one or the problem... While customer care personnel is able enough to manage the situation, the company should seriously think of better quality services. People are not that submissive these days due to various reasons. So, please don't take them for granted...

    Travelling from Bangalore to mumbai right now n flight delayed n all passengers in the inside passage waiting n then wheelchairs banging us coz of lack of space n we r breathless n I finally go n complaint to the crew two females who say we r not go b blamed n not even a sorry n when I told her I am a liver transplant patient she just says please go n sit down
    Is that what we passengers deserve
    Your flight late n delayed n u shud apologise n I am saying I am lft patient n u don’t care

    People like these needs to understand that airline doesn’t works like railways. There’s no margin for error in an aviation industry. if the flight has been delayed then there should be some safety concerns related to it. These passengers are educated gawars to be very honest.

    CSA man is a kind of our server. They try to serve as much as possible. But some time they make mistake, then we should forgive or ignore their mistake. But this innocent CSA has not make that kind of big mistake. So be kind bro ☺️ . Please don't be such a rude person.
    Due to making video this guy can lose your job.
    Let's imagine if his financial condition is not good, he is only one to earn their family's livelihood then what will be with their family and for his also. So please 🙏 be kind.

    Hay deepesh you handled him well. you were rough and tough . I am too like you at times . But that poor thing that just relay the message that they get from the engineers team. So what happened finally? You cant get anything in writing thats the airline protocol whether we like it or not.
