Devolution has been awful for Scotland. Holyrood has brought about the centralization of our resources to the detriment of everyone who doesn't live in the central belt. Even in the central belt things are run so badly the extra money hardly makes a difference. Devolution needs reformed, and could easily be delivered from our councils. Let local people deal with their own issues and make their own decisions.
