    In Spanish there's a word that sounds like 커녕 "coño", we use that word to refer to an unexistant far away place. When we want to tell someone to forget something or someone we tell them to send that to "el coño".
    I just find it interesting that both coño and 커녕 are used to tell someone to forget about something

    when you repeat the same definition in English three times I know how you feel, because you want to say WHAT you feel but there is no better explanation because its a feeling🤣🤣so your brain makes you say the same thing again
    I was explaining the meaning of "recognition" (in Eng) today in class & no matter what example I gave, I couldn't get my thought through. I had a second where I Wanted to say ITS JUST LIKE 인정하다🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    I know you've talked about machine translation in the past, but what are your thoughts on Papago? It uses machine learning and so far I think the pronunciation is great! (Although I am only a beginner so maybe it's wrong)

    너와 만든 시간들 "마저" these are lyrics from a song. Ofcourse it helps if I gave you context
    But can I guess what the meaning is and if you could, you could tell me if its correct?
    Could it possibly mean "even including all our memories we made together, to the very last one" ??

    As always I love your videos😃. I study with your books 🤓(they are my favourite books for studying Korean, by the way) and the videos are a great addition.👍
    I actually have a question about the conjugation of 이다/아니다 with 도. In chapter 13 in „Korean made simple 2“ you explain that 이다 and 아니다 conjugate different with 도: 이어도 and 아니어도. And then you make some example sentence with it. (Unfortunately 이다/아니다 often conjugate different with certain grammar structures and I sometimes get confused when there is an exception and when there is not…)
    A few pages later anyway we have another example sentence: 제가 한국 사람이 아니라도 한국어를 할 수 있어요. And now we have 아니다 conjugated to 아니라도 and not 아니어도… that kind of confuses me I bit. Can I use both conjugations. Is there a difference? Don’t get me wrong I truly love your books, they are my absolute favourite but here I am a bit lost…
    And I also have a completely different question: In English we sometimes say things like “I feel sad” or “I feel tired” instead of just “I am sad” or “I am tired”. Is there a way to say that in Korean as well or is not common in Korean and therefore would sound unnatural?
    Thank you so much.🙏😇

    • @GoBillyKorean
      @GoBillyKorean  3 года назад +2

      Chapter 13 in KMS 2 briefly mentions 아니라도 and 이라도 (make sure to check the Advanced Notes in the chapter as you move through it), but you can use either one. This video series isn't made to correspond to the textbooks though, so it won't be in the same order.
