To 'suck' every cent from your business is the way forward to benefit a purpose. The hefty fines will enrich many. Great Job.

Goverment making business process more difficult. To earn living already so difficult to get business. Goverment just think on their own without thinking how company could make a living.
Use back GST only.. everything also pay back to goverment every invoice issue. As simple as that.

Government shouldn't interfere or control how business owners like to use Invoice/DO the traditional way and many people personally don't always like to use complicated expensive, cucumbersome waste time computer system. Just perfer to write by hands immediately available ready made print sales booklet from stationery shop.

So many money laundry and scam businesses will be adversely affected and new means to avoid declaring hidden assets, paying taxes and doing illegitimate businesses that require going around the laws and regulations. Cooperation from politicians and public servants are most welcome without forgeting bountiful incentive packages coded into the software programs for 'special' operators to decode the software programs and assist businesses from being caught 'unprepared' for e-invoicing. Thank you and don't mention it

Let say, the dad work overseas and earn USD 20k / per month...
And the dad give daughter RM 10k to purchase new i-phone at Apple store...
At the shop retailer ask the daughter Tin number but she don't have as she's student..
So how to manage this situation?

Micro business better close shop than to go through all this trouble & pay fines. If want to work go work for others so that you dont need to bother doing this.

The news often only highlight the good things like better 2nd quarter economic development, lower inflation, higher wages for civil servants but I think more important is to stop corruption and catch the big sharks. This e-invoicing is quite a nuisance for the many small businesses.
