Liked the video, with a few caveats:
    - "electrolic"...?
    - "serial" vs "series" components
    - One area this meter shines is its ability to measure ESR under a wider range of conditions/settings that many other models, and ALSO that it can so easily & quickly measure DCR (many can't at all). Those are both important things to be able to measure on capacitors, but not mentioned here.
Otherwise, my own RuoShui (pronouced Roo-Oh-Schwayee) meter is the 4091C. There are six versions altogether, with the 4090A & 4091A models being able to test at up to 10kHz, the 4090B & 4091B models testing up to 20kHz, and the 4090C & 4091C models testing up to 100kHz; the difference between the 90 and the 91 versions is that the 90's only allow selecting from a handful of preset test frequencies within the range mention above, while the 91's allow setting (using the keypad) to program in any test frequency within the aforementioned range.....for example, you could tell it to test at 98542 Hz.
I also bought my 4091C on Amazon (in late March 2024), but it came with a US style IEC power cord. What was still kinda messed up was that it still came with the line voltage selection switch set to 240V (instead of 120V); I did not notice this and used the meter for about a week before I changed the switch. I am not sure how it worked that way, since it does not have a universal power supply inside, and instead uses a linear supply topology and and linear voltage regulators.......

@@nickking8317 Your channel looks great, it takes time to collect the stuff but soon you will be trying to find space to store it all. Good Luck! and keep at it.
