I can also use that theater set to put a custom LEGO King Kong to recreate the scene from the 1933 and 2005 version of King Kong.

Cool list! I actually have a few friends sets myself because I got them 50% off or more. I have the Disco Roller Arcade and the Heartlake City Movie Theater. Both awesome sets with a lot of color!
