Bro, I just wanna say...I look forward to your videos. Thanks for the brake upgrade video, I did the exact same thing on my 85 Cutty. Keep doing what you doing. 💯
Yea Buddy!! Go ahead and run all 3 jacks. I used to run just the rear and sub sounded real good. But when I added that front jack and separated my highs from the mids…… good Lawd she had a marching band concert sound.. You will see !!!! Nice clean work Gheee 🫡💯💪🏾
Yesssir!! I got it from HF and love it. I’ve only used it up to 4 gauge. I use a torch and solder with flux for the 0…You already know that clean grounds are hella important-- 0 gauge to the frame, block and alt. Don’t forget that grommet!!! My head unit has “front, rear and sub rca’s. To keep it simple, a 4 ch amp for the front/rear stage and a separate sub amp. I love Audio Control for signal processing. You got this under control fam!! From previous experience, you already know to be careful of the pinch points. Cable management is key!! looking good!🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
It's all about what you like. I like JL audio. The original ones. I even buy used stuff from the pawn shop or whatever I see that I like. I'm not trying to impress people lol. I just be in my own little world lol, so I get what you are saying. People tend to think that they have to spend lots and lots of money.
Good choice on OFC wiring and the routing of the wires. I'm not a big Skar Audio fan (since my first amp blew -- inadequate amperage), but they definitely provide some of the best pricing out there and it's always in stock. I've never had a problem with my body grounds, but ground to the frame is best. You can use a voltmeter to check for the best place to ground as well.
You can definitely fit the power wire in the plastic cable cover. I got 00ga skyhigh wire to squeeze in there. Also i ran grommets in the front and the trunk for the ground to the frame. I put 2 grounds in the trunk cant hurt. Keep up the good motivation 💪
Appreciate ya bro…yea ima run my ground to the frame and definitely gotta have that grommet…I didn’t even try to run that cable in the cover…looked way too big, lol
Bro, after watching your videos, man I got to say thank you for showing the process and not just the finished product. Do you plan to do a video on wiring components?
When I had my old school, I put an 8" mid in the rear deck and 6.5 in the doors with 2 super tweeters and was crazy loud and clear I'm also doing the same set up in my chevy malibu just can't figure out how to replace the radio since there isn't a wire harness on the back of my factory radio
I'm looking for something more beefy. Blew the fuse on my 4ga boss audio amp wire kit. And I'm just running the 1200 watt kicker amp. I'll get reducers thanks

Ok we get it, knocking all over that car!

I may when we work on my son's audio setup
Man, that's a nice car. 🏆
Thanks 🫡
A vice or hammer for crimping always worked for me.
👌🏾💯
That intro!!!! 🔥🔥

Drill a hole and bolt the ground to the frame of the car is the best ground
Can’t you just use an existing bolt from a seatbelt or something
@@MrMicahManethat’s what I use and I’m running a 8k watt system and no problems.
@@MrMicahManeyup you can just clean then sand the area so it’s bare metal contact.
Word….im going 2 6.5 loud speakers in the rear and 2 5.25 in the front kick panels
Oh yea I need to grab some tweeters too
Sky high is the best. More wire for last money super flexable and look sky high heat shrink
Can you use this with an 800 watt amp? Or you have to change some things.
Bruh did you have to drill a hole through the firewall or is there one from the factory? I'm gonna attempt to run my own music also.
There’s a factory hole from where the OG ECU wires ran thru
It’s easy bro, u got it…did my first system at like 14🫡
And the hot wire could ran it from the bottom and so you would not have a lump in the carpet
Will this wore fit in a skar audio 1200 watt amp? Blew a fuse in the cca boss audoo 4 gauge wire kit and looking to upgrade
No it won’t fit str8 up…u will have to get reducers…I have the 1200 watt amp as well but I used a reduced distribution block to make it work
I'm looking for something more beefy. Blew the fuse on my 4ga boss audio amp wire kit. And I'm just running the 1200 watt kicker amp. I'll get reducers thanks
That intro tuff

And get you a rca distribution block can one set of rca and get a shorter rca once in the truck
Yea I thought about that too…thanks
👍
🫡
Big amp on subs 440 r 500 watts amp on mids highs
And get you a rep too battery are XS power battery
I would run an extra set of RCA'S
Yea I shoulda 🤦🏾♂️😂…I’m gonna…lol extra work but I’d rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it 💯
Grounded to the frame of the car that would be best
🫡📝
Run your front RCA Cable And Rear RCA Cable sufferly.. Get you a 4 channel Amplifier 2000 Watts.
If you mean separately, why do you need to run those separately?
Always use welding wires 1/0 or 2/0 or use sky high car audio them skar wires not true 1/0 size
Thanks bro..appreciate ya…yea someone else recommended sky high as well…I’m not into this audio stuff man, Preciate yall chiming in🫡
No problem bro i subbed to you we all gotta start some where bro i love just helping with builds to have all of us loud out here #keeping bassing
Too much talking
