Hey you!!! Slug season obviously. 😒 And those are nasty! Can't believe how big they are!!! Your hostas looked so beautiful. What a shame. I'm fighting with earwigs here. Buggers eat my lovely flowers. Even my marigolds. Pisses me off to no end. And it does seem to be strange summer weather wise this year. Both ends of the spectrum. Either fantastic or completely shitty. The almanac is calling for a warm fall, October and early snow, November. We're suppose to get lots of snow this winter. I'm not a fan. Guess you holiday is coming up soon. Hope you two have a wonderful time and toast to us from the beach!!
The toasting goes without saying 😉, the slugs are big indeed and I left both traps outside and I collected so many more, it is unbelievable how many slugs I have in this garden🙄, and as you saw on the video, the weather is insane here too, it is supposed to get up to 28c today, let's see. Not sure what to do about earwigs, but the slug trap works a treat.
Thank you so much, and I can tell you something this stuff really works, the second tub I dumped in the garden during filming is also full of theses slimy fu*** lets make yeasty dough and kill slugs.
your hostas look good compared to mine Jochen! My empress Wu has pretty much gone down to the ground. Will be trying this but I think the damage is done, next year however I will be fighting the slugs 100 percent little bastards

Excellent idea! I will try this next year.... a good excuse to eat a shit load of chocolate too! 😂

@patricknazar it really works well. For Caterpillars not yet, I have a look if I can find something (winter is long 😀)

@mrchuffy6535 you should try this dough mixture, the one I put it today during filming already has 10 dead slugs in it. That stuff really works.
