Strasburg throwing like a true ace. That call on Turner was the biggest bunch of BS I have ever seen. That’s a ticky tack call that in that situation in the World Series wouldn’t have even been thought of by anyone if the home plate umpire didn’t make it a big deal. Martinez had every right to be pissed. And the 1B umpire tried to call Turner out to start the game! Game 7 better not be umpire controlled. It would be a shame.
I'm a UK fan and honestly couldn't decide watching the replay. Turner runs in the baseline but hits Yuli's glove with his leg as he passes, which stops him catching the ball. So who's at fault? Isn't it more the defense for throwing too near the runner? What's the ruling on these.
ProvableGrub 45 treas a righty, have you ever ran a 3.4 to first and trea always hustles and it makes so much sense that it was a tough call but I believe he was safe
Can we agree that strasburg making one of the great hitters of his era Altuve look foolish in the fifth was one of the great October moments ever? If Juan sotos homerun in the top half wasn’t.
Bad call, bad throw and Rendon puts thing in order with that HR. Thanks for uploading unforgettable World Series victory for my Nationals against all odds.
I still love watching this game because you can see the moment when Strasburg figured out the sign stealing and completely locked up Houston and suddenly they can't hit anything. It's beautiful.
crazy world series, 6 games all won by the visitor. never happened before in any sport, that's a total of 1,420 possibilities. game 7 - scherzer vs. greinke. nationals can become the first team in history to win a championship with 4 road wins.
This game told me much more about the Astros than the Nationals. It showed me that the Astros have a crushing weakness, they crumble when facing strong pitching and defense. The fact that they won 3 games against the Nats when they faced significantly weaker pitching in Anibal Sanchez, Patrick Corbin, and Joe Ross, and then were silenced by Scherzer and now Strasburg twice is a testament to that hypothesis. Houston got lucky in Washington, but their luck was lost, as they're facing Max tomorrow night. All I can do is hope.
Jatin Rao True but false. Strasburg and Scherzer also crushed the Dodgers and Cardinals. So, although the Astros fell to them, IT IS NOT ONLY THEM THAT DID
I think the nationals lost in dc because they stopped playing small ball and kept rearing back for homerun swings. Today, they went back to their basics and some organic homeruns resulted.
Carl Frye I know, but I’m saying that Verlander is better than Kershaw during the Postseason. Verlander isn’t good only during the WS. Kershaw just sucks all around during the whole postseason.
Thanks so much for the video I went to bed early last night and i wanted to see who won but by watching this video so you always help me out. I left a like
Anyone else hear the loud whistle right after Strasburg sets the pitch for Bregmans homer? That means it was close enough to the field to be picked up by the mics. Couldve even come from the dugout. Anyways, strip the title.
Back here after the league agreed to ban the shift. I always thought 1:35 was a great example of why the shift is bad for not only batters but pitchers too. Look at JV’s body language when what he thinks is an easy grounder to Altuve for an out is actually a shift beating little dribbler single. If I was a pitcher, I would be fuming, not to mention how many double plays are much more difficult to turn when there’s a shift.
With that lead why couldn’t they let Strasburg throw a complete game. Dude hopefully has 7-8 more good years and can make it to Cooperstown Edit: well this aged poorly, he clearly left it all out there in this series. Couldn’t get right after the fact but hell of a way to finish a career.
Anyone else here that loud whistling sound from the Astros dugout multiple times when Strasbrug was throwing off speed pitches: 10:59, 12:53, 13:19, 13:34 . Hey you fucking cheaters, how does it feel to still lose? #Natitude

The 7th inning base running interference call on Trea Turner has to be one of the worst calls ever. Karma prevailed for the Nationals, but one has to wonder how much $$ was behind that call and terrible review.
Gotta love Soto taking his bat all the way to first base after his 5th inning home run, essentially trolling that douche move by Bregman in the first inning. The Astros losing this World Series is one of my favorite sports things ever.
Astros play small ball on the road but try to hit nothing but homeruns at home. The close fences look inviting. You can't win that way, continually swinging up and trying to pull the ball. The Nationals are gonna win Game 7. No question. Congulations to the #Nationals first ever championship!!
Alexander Winkins ironically, that’s what cost the nationals 3 in dc. They started trying to be the guy who blows the roof of and stopped Playing small ball, while Houston taught a masterclass in it. These teams have been mirroring each other in a scary way for 6 games.
I applaud the Houston fans for booing the umpires in the 7th inning after fucking the nationals. That’s class right there. You guys want to feel like you earned it and I respect that. Unfortunately the boys in blue fell like they earned it too.
I'm uploading full game highlights for every single postseason game, subscribe to follow along!
Nationals Manager: "alright boys I know we lost a few, but the next 2 games we are the road team, and you know what that means"
8:43 notice how Strasbourg tells Suzuki to switch up the signs and coincidentally gets a strikeout after two walks
@Alex Bello I’m hearing wistling
@@chrisplaysscbbrenan1872 it's hard not to notice
ChrisPlaysSCB Brenan And some people want me to believe that they weren’t cheating after 2017.
@@chrisplaysscbbrenan1872 it's creepy
That’s yan Gomes I think
AJ Hinch: We have an army
Dave Martinez: We have a Strasburg
Shanny Salcedo also AJ Hinch......we have a cameraman in centre field
Best comment on RUclips
Martinez: stay in the fight
Hinch: stay in camera view.
Aj Hinch: we have buzzers
Dave Martinez: we have an anthony rendon
Cynthionic not anymore :’(
Nats now have road team advantage in game 7!

i'm rooting for the nationals and think it was a good call.
AdamKlestinec How was it a bad call? Turner knocked Gurriel’s glove off. And don’t bring the first call into this, he got to first by a hairs breadth.
I'm a UK fan and honestly couldn't decide watching the replay. Turner runs in the baseline but hits Yuli's glove with his leg as he passes, which stops him catching the ball. So who's at fault? Isn't it more the defense for throwing too near the runner? What's the ruling on these.

ProvableGrub 45 bruh turner literally ran straight and then returned to the bag. Not his fault the throw was bad

Altuve is a cheater
Bad call, bad throw and Rendon puts thing in order with that HR. Thanks for uploading unforgettable World Series victory for my Nationals against all odds.
strassburg changing the signs after bakc to back 4 to 5 pitch walks was key. next batter strikes out around 8:41

Absolutely.

Strasburg is one hell of a pitcher and there's a reason why he's the MVP of the WS & the Nationals deserves this championship.
crazy world series, 6 games all won by the visitor. never happened before in any sport, that's a total of 1,420 possibilities. game 7 - scherzer vs. greinke. nationals can become the first team in history to win a championship with 4 road wins.
And look what they did
Since the Nats won game 7 as the away team that isn’t likely to ever be duplicated...
I watched this at least every month and celebrate every time , it’s such a joy. They lost even cheating 😂 😂 😂
😂 😂 😂
Jit you know they didn’t cheat in 2019 right, they barley cheated in 18, and even so they are still insane
2years later we still win even without cheating
They didnt cheat in 2019 find a new excuse
you’re slow little man
That call was ridiculous in the seventh turner was safe so happy nats won I HOPE THEY CLOSE IT OUT also Soto is a monster and great day for strasburg
Oh and of course rendon spectacular
Hats off to that Nationals team. They were special.
Beat your teams ass. That's for sure!
Houston should ask the MLB to move game 7 to Washington
These Astros really like stretching their series to 7 games.
Blue Skies Don’t say that bro, if they lose you’ll look like an idiot.
EpicChris-8 Yep
EpicChris-8 Yep, now that loud mouth gets bragging rights for a whole year.
EpicChris-8 I honestly didn’t like any of the teams, so whatever.
Once again, an outstanding job with the highlights!

Angel Lopez well, i wasn’t talking about the National League series, either of them...
10:00 Lol you can hear Mattie V in the booth next to joe buck
Verlander has some Kershaw in him in the postseason
Kkkkkkkk
worse than kershaw
R V no he’s not, JV is good in the post season, just not the WS, big difference.

10:35 Howie pissed off at that out. The next night he hit that a bit harder and made him a WS champ
That Soto moonshot 😭😭
9:22 Catcher:Damn.
At 8:41 Strasburg tells Gomes to change the signs and all of a sudden Correa can't lay off the breaking ball outside the zone.
I Will always be a Dodgers fan but hope the nats win vs the Ass-tros
ump,s try to help Houston by expanding strike zone and that call at first but still they can,t win

This was the first Game 6 of any series the Nationals/Expos franchise ever played.

Rendon is cool as a cucumber! And a super tough and nice guy! And a Believer!
Rendon is such a superstar the Dodgers need to make him a priority and pay him

Apparently it’s too “hollywood” for him
Is that only me that love FOX intro music ? It makes me feel throbbed
I like the old MLB theme before they used the football theme
I have it as my ringtone, it's so damn fire.
8:52 was that a whistle 🤣 I must confess! I have an Astro jersey that I use as shit paper 🤣
Listen to the whistle right before the Bregman homer in the 1st. It goes a second after Strasburg nods at the pitch call
strasburg literally saves MLB
"I just think what bregman did was cool and funny"
Excellent edit as always. Thanks so much for posting.
How strong is Rendon? He didn't even step into the pitch on his HR, he just swung.
Idk probaly 9001
Yes.

Crazy how the Astros were cheating this entire game and series AND the Nationals still pulled it off.
The absolute greatest game in world series history.
Uhhh no

Change the signs & they stop hitting. Who would have thought..
MLB is doing everything they can to make the astros win. But the Nats keep on coming
@ 13:19 you can hear them whistle for the change up
Not going to lie the bregman and soto homeruns were fun to watch
I love when catchers complain after a backwards K because of the opposing catchers good framing.

Pierre DuBois I was hearing the whistling even earlier than that.

Ive seen alot of commentators say it was the right call
Man I feel bad for Strasbourg. Let him try and get a complete game, don’t pull him with 2 guys left and a 4 run lead...
Damn bro, I thought after we won game 5, coming home it was over
Verlander was not man enough to finish this off. He had the WS in his hands and he was bested by a better pitcher.
God I wish SOTO was a YANKEE.. What a great series this has been.. Gonna miss baseball when this is over
this aged extremely well
Astros knew the pitches and still lost
Acho muito loko esse jogo! Washington Nationals é top demais
Sad you can hear the whistle everytime a change up is thrown and the swing right after astros cheating still
🥺 El primer anillo de Soto
I supported Astros during the WS but damn! what a disgrace 😔
Sadly now Strasburg lived with injured. Hope to see he could make some IP
Never thought randy would get moved
How do you stick with the call even after watching the replay? 🤦♂️
Was it just me or did you all see Eaton's bat hit Chirinos in the head after Eaton's HR?
Brad peacock does a little
Peacocking..kind of funny
How do you stick with the call even after reviewing it 🤦♂️
5:40
Nobody won in home in this series.
You know what that means...
Astros winning???
I love sotos pettyness
Nationals got this its always the Cinderella stories that win
I heard those whistles after almost every pitch no wonder the nats said there was something fishy going on
Recuerdo.des las.series Mundial astro .y nacionales
Good highlights BUT this is nowhere near 720p smh
With all the bad calls, all the sigh cheating... nothing could stop Washington Nationals. Nats! U r the true WS Champions! 🏆
is this on instugram?
Astros cudnt feel their buzzers vibrating on them with tht home crowd noise
Man that running call is awful. Umps trying to gift the Astros this series.
The umps were so very, very wrong about Trea Turner in the 7th - so wrong
Strasmas, never forget
All that dumb rule against Turner and the umpire that enforced it did, was to benefit Peacock and his bad throw to first!..
I don’t understand how they could ever call a runner out for interference when he cant see where the throw is coming from? Just odd…
