The thing that sold me on this bag that a lot of "tacklebox backpack" manufacturers overlook was the waist strap. If you shoreline fish and hunt for the best spots on a big lake. A waist strap is an absolute necessity. Stepping over logs, jumping over small creeks, going off trail, up and down ravines. I dont know how they expect ppl to fish all day with all this gear on their back and not have a waist strap.
I love mine. I got it stuffed to the gills though. I’ve got probably 30-50 packs of soft plastics in the smaller compartment and 4 3600 series boxes in the big compartment (hard baits, top water, jigs and chatterbaits, and terminal tackle) In all honesty I need a bigger bag to throw all my stuff in and then load this bag with whatever I need depending on where I’m going

I've had this bag for around 3 seasons now and I'm 6'5 and I agree it is a short bag but I find it pretty comfortable and it doesn't move much

Picked up his backpack for a Black Friday deal received it yesterday and was excited but was very disappointed on the shoulder strap links I'm 6-foot and like you said it is a short backpack it looks like a little CamelBak on me I'm hoping I ordered the wrong one because those shoulder straps are extended all the way out and it is kind of hard to put the backpack on and off

Take a look at the new KastKing bag. It’s a full size one with great features. I have the smaller pond hopper bag and I love it.
@@TheFishinPastor I'll look into that, I'm also looking at the Ike Flambeau backpack found at Walmart for half the price of these expensive bags, and also the piscifun backpack
