Great video it saved me. If you are placing the label on a transparent surface such as glass and you are getting a white surface after this workaround....disable all layers except for your label in Photoshop on the generated UV file. Thus making the UV transparent except for your label. Hope this helps.
So, delighted that you have a hack to work around this "repeating label" issue... Really there is no reason for this issue that does not fall on Adobe, but thanks!! You are a Dn Goddess!
Hey Ashley, Is there any way to prevent jagged edges on circular objects? When rendering out a coin, the edges and arcs are not smooth but more like jagged edges. I created the basic coin elements in Ai and exported them out as OBJs.
A question regarding bringing a graphic from Illustrator to Dimension, trying to add it to a concrete bag I exported from illustrator as an .obj. But once I place the graphic in front of the bag, I get some debris on the back of the bag, it only happens from .obj from illustrator not Dn library. Any clue? Thanks.
I discovered if I export a png from illustrator, open it in photoshop and then export again as png, that cleared the issue. It must be a glitch in AI. I will let tech support to believe that .loll
No idea how you found this but thank you so much for sharing it! So helpful!!!

Now that Photoshop 2023 no longer support 3D, though it might open the psd file, but not export back?
How did you know where the label area was?
Thanks mam!
