i miss this game.
it’s crazy how it’s half a decade old and yet it’s still better than every cod which released after it. the gunplay and movement were unmatched. the graphics and lighting from the new engine were so beautiful and realistic. the story, music, sound effects, menu, no goofy skins etc.
overall, it was just way ahead of its time and mw2/3 just don’t compare.
Multiplayer wise I’d say MWII was better. Campaign wise MW19 all the way.

Now that MWII has released, I can say in all fairness that MW 2019 was way better. The gameplay, the shock of the new graphic engine, the return of MW in all its glory, the shocking mission with the children, the arrival of Warzone, and most importantly and something that no other game will never have, is the fact that massive amount of gamers/none gamers/part time gamers gathered during the pandemic to play together, sharing their point of wiew of what was actually happening over the world during Covid, no hate on the server, just something special was going on right there. And for that reason,
MW 2019 had such a huge emotional impact on me, unlike MWII 2022 It's not bad, but does not impress me like its predecessor.

Personally I disagree, I like both MWII and MW (2019).
However MW 2019 will forever be superior. I loved the campaign.

I guess you could say it is Sledgehammer fault for creating MW 3 2023, a game which destroys what Infinity Ward has built for the past couple of years. Infinity Ward made MW 2019, and a decent game which is MW 2 2022. But it was all destroyed simply by Sledgehammer.
Thank God we are saved, Infinity Ward announced they will not censor anything!!

nano hanina Black ops 3 sold that much because of the title. People thought it would be like Bo1 and Bo2. But it end up only referencing them in the campaign and the zombies went from Demonic to stuff about aliens. It honestly let down a lot of fans and used the title to increase the amount of buys
