    Interpretazione tesa e densa di passione, romantica e pura.
    Di grande spessore e rilevanza l'approccio tecnico.
    Ho apprezzato l'esecuzione!

    Wow! Fantastic! What is the technique he uses between 4:25 and 4:40? How does he make a guitar sound by just pressing the tab in the left hand and not strumming the strings in the right hand?

    Why do Chopin’s nocturnes convey a sense that there’s a sub-text? Something that I’ve pondered from time to time.

    not sure why tarrega felt that he needed to add some noodling sections to this piece, or why performers think they should play them…. still, really beautifully played overall here

    • @airamdeveraramos8236
      @airamdeveraramos8236 5 месяцев назад +6

      Tárrega's arrangements were usually an exploration of guitar technique on his part. I believe his intention, rather than trying to be faithful to the piano version, was to demonstrate or seek expressive resources, as the guitar was not a very popular instrument in his time. On the other hand, it was not uncommon for performers, especially in the early 20th century, to add musical material or modify the pieces they played 😊

    • @blahblah49000
      @blahblah49000 5 месяцев назад +1

      AFAIK the classic composers like Chopin didn't play pieces identically every time. The canonization of pieces and how they are to be played is a much more modern development.

    • @miralupa8841
      @miralupa8841 5 месяцев назад +2

      @@airamdeveraramos8236@blahblah49000 i appreciate these replies. my point is less against the practice than it is against tarrega’s particular choices here. to my ears these additions aren’t suited at all to this piece, and tend to ruin that steady pulse so important to it! by the end of the last addition, i’ve almost forgotten what piece i’m listening to ! perhaps it is just me

    • @petertaylor233
      @petertaylor233 5 месяцев назад

      @@miralupa8841agree some of Tarregas additions are unnecessary. The music is ornate enough as is.
