A hole in the wall!! As a Chinese I often watch your Chinese food tasting show while eating salad or sandwich. 😢 how ironic! I used to study in a small college town in Indiana. The Chinese restaurant in that town that has the highest rating & most authentic Chinese food is as simple as this one!
Nothing on that table at beginning of the video is Dongbei dishes...especially that cold dish half soaked in water (might consist of vinegar or soy sauce)...

用菠蘿煮炸蝦? 我們香港人比較多用芒果。
北方有“菠萝鸡块”，菠萝炸虾也是很爽口的，芒果太甜，菠萝制作的在夏天是很美味的
