Being Asian it’s not only nice to see others learn one of our languages, but also try our foods. I’m surprised she liked durian, because some don’t like it. It’s also cool she knows the language, now if only found someone similar that could be my person. Megan is great!!!

I love chicken feet, the gelatinous texture and sauce is the best. I think boneless chicken feet would be better for North Americans first time trying? Of course boneless is rarely available
Jay can order or rather prepare at home boneless chicken feet in white vinegar 白云鳳爪, it is a very delicious cold dish as appetizer in some higher class restaurants. Enjoy!
