What do you need to shot bullets out of aside gun like that what talent

Hip Shooter, 25 Light + 50 Medium/Heavy
You also need to have physical bullets in your inv
If you get hipshooter and have extra points i recommend going switchblade too so you can use dagger talents with your heavy weapon.

I went kyrscleve for passive bleed and its high additional stats doing about 60 dmg per m1
but you could always go pale briar for range and axe talents, although i think greatsword talents are better with destructive recovery and such
