Hive mech is just a normal roblox bug, if you go to studios on a r6 avatar and create a hollow box thats 4 studs wide for the top and bottom and the height to be as close as you get it to ur avatars head and then just weld them all together and then proceed to unachor, the end result is what is happening with the mech but more stable. [Little fun trick, you can kidnap people if you go fast enough while inside the box.]
Btw someone in my discord pointed out you can just go into your inventory and click the equipped weapon instead of doing all that at 11:55 no idea how i was too stupid to think of that lmao
heres a fun bug if you do another video if ur getting ganked in voidheart and jump in the void when you are like 0-10% hp, you get tped back to the center of the voidheart and flung away. This is a easy escape that ive used a lot. (edit: im 99% sure they cant grip you once youve done that because your body will kinda split into segments, do it and youl see what i mean. You can still get up tho)

If they find your torso and where it went (it usually goes the same place always) they can pick you up and then grip you
